Our Certified Medication Aide position is responsible for providing the highest level of care and comfort for our residents.
Qualified individuals wil assist residents with their medication managment by administering medications, assist residents with their activities of daily living to include, dressing, grooming, bathing, transferring, assisting with meals and providing a loving, supportive environment while building a meaningful connection to those we serve.
Team members will exhibit a desire to provide compassionate care, afford our residents with the highest quality of care, dignity and respect.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications to residents.
Document medication administration.
Follow the five rights of medication administration.
Assist residents with activities of daily living.
Promote and maintain a high degree of resident satisfaction by providing high quality of service.
Maintain positive relationships with residents, their family members and guests.
Work with a team of individuals promoting quality care.
Regular and predictible attendance.
Participating in on-going education and inservicing requirements.
Maintain current certification and qualifications.
Follow the policies, procedures and safety requirements of the facility.
