$80K/Year to $90K/Year as base Requirements:
Associates degree or higher in a STEM Background (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) Will look at a combination of relevant experience and education in lieu of an associate's degree.

years of experience in a large scale industrial manufacturing environment.
Continuous process manufacturing environment preferred Ethanol manufacturing preferred 3
years of experience in a supervisory/leadership role.
Specifically targeting someone that is more continuous improvement driven vs lean manufacturing Culture fit is big for them Target terms to look for SOPs, CMMs, SAP, RCFA, KPI's Shift:
Able to work 12 hour days.
4 shift work week rotation (4 on / 4 off) Must be able to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
Must be willing to work overtime.
Will report directly to the Production Manager Open to industry but really looking for someone out of ethanol, fuel, bioenergy, oil & gas, or someone out of a continuous operating facility, because this plant operates 365 24/7.
